Pre-Event

#1. Are There Payment Plans Available?

- We offer flexible payment plans that ultimately allow for you to wait up to the day of the event to pay your remaining balance!

#2. Why Do These Events Fill Up Even Before I’m Ready to Commit or Know my Summer Schedule?

- Well.. this isn’t a Yes or No Question… but it is still a popular one! We keep our roster sizes extremely limited, thus the events fill up extremely quickly. We also do not do 100’s of showcases per year like other companies, we typically do 1 or 2 in each region of the country per year, so they fill up very quickly! Utilizing the payment plans allows for players to reserve their spot and not miss out!

#3. Can I Leave Early or Have a Certain Workout Time if I Need to Leave for a Tournament Game?

- Absolutely! We certainly understand the hectic travel-ball schedules. If we are provided enough heads-up, we can assure you to get in all scheduled workouts and gameplay and make sure you can leave the event in time to attend any other obligations!

#4. If I Can’t Attend Can I Get a Credit Towards a Future Event?

-In the event you can not attend we will happily transfer your registration to a future event. There is also event-insurance that can be added on to your registration to receive a full refund in the event you can’t attend and can’t transfer.

THE EVENT

#5. Are The College Coaches Going to Be There in-Person?

- Of course! All coaches listed on the event’s page have personally registered to attend the event and confirmed with our staff a second time they will be in attendance. Barring any unforeseen circumstances they will 100% be in attendance!

#6. Will I Get to Play Quality Innings at My Primary Position?

- YES! For gameplay, the lineups and defensive assignments are set and placed in the dugout before your game, assuring you over half of the game at your position and more innings at secondary positions.

#7. Do I Have Time for Interaction with the College Coaches?

- Our events are designed with 2 objectives in mind: #1. For you be evaluated by the college coaches and #2 For you to be able to interact openly with the college coaches! The coaches are on the field, in the dugout, and all around for you to have open dialogue with.

#8. Is the Event Live-Streamed? Can I Obtain that Footage?

- Yes and Yes! We are lucky enough to partner with Playsight, one of the leaders in live-streaming and they provide the opportunity for anyone to tune in anywhere across the globe! Each game is also recorded and provided for free on the dashboard for you to download and edit into clips of your top highlights.

POST-Event

#9. Do I Receive Video From the Event?

- Every player receives an edited skills video of their performance hitting, pitching & fielding! This video is put on each athlete’s player page that we provide for them. This is all included with the registration and is no extra cost.

#10. Do I Get to See My Stats? What about the College Coaches?

- The results of the workout are posted on your player page and the event leaderboard within 24 hours of the event’s conclusion. They are also provided to all coaches in attendance and uploaded into our database of nearly every college coach in the entire country.

#11. How Can I Get Selected for the MLB Stadium National Event?

- We select the top 3-5 players of every graduation class at the event for our MLB National Stadium Showcase events, a once in a lifetime opportunity! With such limited roster sizes at our events, every player has a real chance to be selected!

Bonus Question (and Most Popular Question!)

#12. Do Players Get Recruited From Best in the US Events?

- This question is easily the most frequently asked question since our inception! It is also commonly phrased as:

“How many players from your events go on to play college baseball?”

or

“How come you guys don’t market all of the players that sign after your events?”

These are all good questions and the answer is long enough to be it’s own article (maybe next week!)

After crunching the numbers, here are the facts:

Since 2015, over 93% of the athletes that attend Best in the US Showcase events have gone on to play college baseball. That is a tremendous number and something we are proud of… so why don’t we boast about that and plaster it all over our social media accounts?

The answer is simple… because we only do a small part of the work in helping create that relationship between coach and athlete. At our 2021 event at the Univ. of Missouri, we had two athletes sign with the Missouri Tigers within a week of the event’s conclusion.

Coach Bieser watched both athletes pitch at our event. Did that help their ability to get signed? Of course… but Best in the US did not help them throw 88mph, throw a wicked slider, or any of the other incredible talents that those athletes showed. The majority of the credit goes to the athlete and their family. But more on this another time!

Long story short… There are over 600 college baseball players on the roster of a college program that they saw at a Best in the US Event. If your skills are ready to be showcased, these events are an incredible place to be evaluated and recruited!
