College & Professional programs in attendance will be announced in August of 2024. In 2022 our two Globe Life National Event had representatives from 25 MLB organizations and 95 colleges in attendance.
Preparing for the event
TYPICAL SCHEDULE, DAY 1
Day 1 typically includes physical assessments, offensive and defensive showcases and verified measurable workouts (including 60-yard dash, exit velocity, pop time), recruiting roadmap seminar, live batting practice and bullpens.
TYPICAL SCHEDULE, DAY 2
Report times will be based on team assignments and will be communicated 7-10 days before the event via email. Each player will play one 2.5 hour simulated game coaches by college coaches in the dugouts. The game times are typically 9am, 12pm, 3pm and we have each team show up one hour before their game time for warm ups. We do our best to accommodate player's travel schedules.
ARRIVAL TIME & CHECK-IN
Players should plan to arrive for check-in between 8:00 and 8:30am on the first day of the event. All players will be checked in and given a Best in US numbered jersey and hat to wear during the event.
INFORMATION FOR PITCHERS
Primary pitchers should be prepared to throw both days. The first day they will be throwing a 18-20 pitch bullpen in front of coaches. Pitcher-Only’s do not hit or play a position during the event. The second day they are throwing 20-25 pitches in a live game. If primary pitchers, for any reason, would rather throw only one inning (or not throw on a certain day), our staff will help assist in making the adjustment.

Dallas-Fort Worth will provide some vibrant options for families to stay. From swanky downtown stays to affordable lodging, there is something for everyone! We will have a list of partnered hotels shortly!
Airport
The DFW International Airport is a quick 30 minute drive to Globe Life and the event! Dallas-Love airport is another major airport that is only 15-20 minutes further away and will provide more flight options!
